So in the span of jan 3-19th ive been getting suspensions and i did report and other things and the most recent report i made i did use the word
[Mod Removed - Profanity] so i can see why on that one but the excessive name calling i just had to report i just want to know why i was suspended for the 3 things aswell as if i can resolve this in any way at all

Not all suspensions are eligible for a review. If it's a 24 hours suspension it won't be eligible because the review would take longer than the suspension.

As long as you've filed a complaint on the other gamer, the enforcement team will take care of him.

We're afraid that if you're not seeing the option to file a case review, that means you're not eligible. You'll need to wait for the conclusion of your enforcement action in this case so what Smwutches told you is indeed correct.
