    About my gamertag


    Hi I have two gamertags on one account from when Xbox did that whole new gamertag change awhile back it shows my current gamertag for Xbox one or newer consoles then it shows my old gamertag for Xbox 360 because it didn't support the new gamertag change at the time. So my question is how do I set my Xbox to use my current gamertag because Everytime I go into a game on my series S it's using my old gamertag from 360

    Ive recently found out after doing a live call with an agent that i have a UAC Filed on my account after a previous claim :) So hopefully that helps and i can get this resolved, thanks again.

    The only thing you can really do is to call Support and open an Unauthorized Access Case. If they find that it was modified while not in your possession, they will remove the "Cheater" Watermark. The Reset Gamescore and Games
    will remain however.

    I'm not aware if they give any specific time that you need to contact them by but for the Games themselves, sorry no you cannot Unlock any Achievements on those Games again.

    Keep in mind that the Xbox LIVE Policy Enforcement Team works with Support on Unauthorized Access and if they find it is not correct and true, they can Perma-Ban the Account for false claims.
