Did you paint that? If so then you won't have a copyright issue to worry about. If someone else painted it then that may be a problem.

Unfortunately the Enforcement Team doesn't use the forums so you won't get a definitive answer here as to whether the image is 100% acceptable.

The general rule of thumb for me is. If I even have the slightest worry or inclination that it may be deemed offensive. I avoid it altogether.

Either not Connected to Xbox LIVE or older Games do not have the appropriate Picture Update. It's nothing to worry about.
