    Hi, my account Sword Zequa was banned for cheating when I didn't do anything and it said I was nodding and this kid was nodding. We Were not able to leave the game.. But I was wondering is there any way in can get my account disbanded so I can play again?

    If you still have auto-renewal on, then that's probably the reason you're still getting emails. They will continue to try to charge your card but because they can't they will eventually suspend the account until you add a new card and pay off any balance
    you owe.

    So you either need to try turning off auto-renewal on the website, or contact support and have them turn it off for you.

    Last month I disabled my credit card because of a new one, so heres the deal:

    You keep spamming my inbox with alot of *** mails about I have to renew it. Not one, not 2, not 4, its pure friggin spamming.

    If I wanted to renew it Id see when I tried to log on I had to renew my credit card options, and I would.

    Plain and simple, I find Xbox a **** service, even more **** is the one Microsoft provides with it, and for the money Iwe paid to just get internet on it ( Wasnt my idea, got the crappy thing as a birthdaygift) I could buy atleast 1,5 brand new PS3. And
    belive me, the new xbox, I sincerly hope noone gets it. 0.

    Thanks anyway and stop bugging my email with the **** reminders, if I wanted to, Id do it. Get it?

    Or do you need to call me in person and ask what the problem is?

    For an official answer from the enforcement team you would need to post here -

    However, they will not unban your account. If you find yourself in a modded game, you should dashboard out immediately.

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. 1 day suspensions do not qualify for case reviews, unfortunately. For future reference, all enforcement related questions or concerns need to be dealt with on the
    Enforcement website. No one on the forums has any control over any enforcement actions, and the enforcement team does not monitor the forums.

    The policy enforcement team doesn't use the forums. Try checking the Enforcement website to see what your suspension was for if you're wondering.

    Typically if you have a ban that lasts more than a day you can ask to have the case reviewed again for a chance to get the suspension lifted, but seeing as how yours is just one day, that's not an option.

    Just wait it out and try not to do whatever you did in the future.
