About “Forza Motorsport 5 Top Gear Car Pack”

I have a redeem code for ""Forza Motorsport 5: Racing Game of the Year" , redeemed has not get "Forza Motorsport 5 Top Gear Car Pack", but
that is what it says on the card also,check the part on the front that says "Top gear car pack", it says 10 bonus cars and 17 next generation tracks.

Customer Support says go to Settings >> Disc & Blu-ray >> Persistent Storage >> Clear Persistent Storage. After you have done clearing Persistent Storage, please go to Settings >> Network >> Advanced Settings >> Alternate MAC
>> Clear Alternate MAC >> Restart.

I tried still need to purchase the "Top gear car pack".

please help me.

I am unable to complete the one time free purchase for the cars in the car packs. Why?

Well recently I purchased a version of the game included the FM6 top gear car pack, FM6 eBay Motors car pack, FM6 Porsche expansion, FM6 NASCAR expansion, FM 6 Mobil 1 car pack, Forza Motorsport 6 VIP, Forza Motorsport 6 10 year anniversary car pack, FM6
Polo red car pack, FM6 Meguiar's car pack, FM6 Logitech car pack, FM6 fast and furious car pack, Forza motorsport 6 car pass, FM6 Alpinestars car pack, FM6 2016 Mazda forza MX-5. If I remember correctly it was called the platinum edition and was only available
for a short time on the Xbox marketplace. I so far have only been able to access the Porsche and NASCAR expansions. All of the other car packs will not let me complete the one time free addition of the cars to my garage. Does anyone have any idea why this
might be happening?

 

If the code was for both simply go to the store on the Xbox one. Look for the DLC and make sure it is installed.

 

The DLC still display need to purchase,that is the question I want to ask now, so that repeat purchase.

go to "My Games", select to manage Forza, go right in the menu til you see the "Top Gear Car Pack" and run it so it'll install ;-)
