About Error code 0x8015C0D

Hello.I am a gamer from South Korea.I would like to ask about Xbox in Windows 10.

When I tried to log in to Xbox apps,the error code 0x8015C0D kept coming out.

Being completed confirming my ages by the program named'I-Pin',what is used to verify the identitification of koreans.

There was a page that just says 'verify your age to login to Xbox' although I verified my age.

As a gamer,I would like to communicate with gamers around the world by Xbox.

I'll wait for your rapid settlement of this problem.

Since when are you experiencing problems?

There's a current alert for conten usage for the Xbox Service that may be affecting some features in the Xbox universe including Xbox app for Windows 10.

Hi Fellow gamer,

Thanks for the update on how long its been. In this case it would be best to request a call from support in your area. They will be more familiar with the I-pin and verifying age.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Are you certain about that error code? It doesn't appear in the error code lookup. Do you get an error message with it? Also, did you buy the codes online or at a local retailer?
