So i've been on xbox for a moment now, and finally caught my first suspension yea he caught me on a bad day, i tell him [mod removed] (no emoji), so they report and I get clapped instantly (im guessing this was automated, or their dad actually works at xbox!), 2 day msg ban, and my Xbox desktop app is STILL banned from messaging past the 2 day window (im guessing this is a bug but i digress)

However, im told [mod removed] multiple times by the same guy, I report (out of pettiness), but i see no action has veen taken whatsoever

To understand the guidelines better, it's okay to talk your [mod removed] as long as it's abbreviated? I'm sure the infamous [mod removed] would not make the cut here.

Not all suspensions are issued immediately and you won't be told when action is taken. It's easier for a filter to catch profanity so a suspension for that can usually be given pretty quickly. Anything else would need to be investigated and can take longer. It doesn't mean action won't be taken if nothing happens right away.

It looks like your Gamertag has been forcibly changed by the Enforcement Team. The Enforcement Team do not frequent these forums, only their website

As for having the two names, if you remove the profile from your console and sign in again with email address and password it should download the current name and at least every platform will be consistent.

When your account gets a ban for communications, they will review you recent past behavior, if they find this to be consistent with why you were communication banned, they may add further enforcement to your account.

This is why you may receive further enforcement's whilst you are communication banned.

Microsofts original intent was to have the original 1000 available to anyone who bought the game. that changed when you started needing certain addons to get certain achievements ( Kinect, camera etc ) But if you think about it, to actually enforce MS original
plan, then games should have the original 1000 as attainable offline, There has been no real consistancy with achievements from the start.

[/quote]Still report the guy. Doesn't matter if he's online or not. If there is anything consistent about a cheater, it's that they will repeat said behaviour. Just report the person, the enforcement team will handle them.
