About Alan Wake 2 add-on packs...

Hi, I come from Taiwan, my English is not good, so I'm sorry to use my English, hope you do not happy. Thank you.

I want to ask about Alan Wake redeem code. I bought Quantum Break on 5th April
and I don't have Xbox One yet, so I used Xbox360 to redeem Alan Wake and 2 add-on packs code. Then I got Alan Wake, but I don't got 2 add-on packs on my Xbox 360.

I want to ask I have any change to get 2 add-on packs (The Writer & The Signal) again?

My friend can download Alan Wake and 2 add-on packs on Xbox ONE, he talks me report to US Microsoft, I want Chat with Microsoft, but I stop on FIRST NAME & LAST NAME, they couldn't type any word, so I post here.

Please help me..... And thank a lot

downloading games for gold from xbox.com wont work???

alan wake is one of my very favorites- too bad about remedys anouncement- no alan wake 2 anytime soon

Quantum Break PC code and Alan Wake codes not yet received

To add more details i have purchased on April 4th 2016 IST

I am expecting the following codes

Alan Wake (Xbox 360 BC version)

Alan Wake " The Writer DLC

Alan Wake "The Signal DLC"

Quantum Break on Windows 10

Can you check if you are able to start the download of the two Add Ons from the Xbox Marketplace? Instead of a price the button should allow you to download the add ons for free if everything worked.

This happens, if you do not have a payment method (like for example a credit card or Pay Pal) associated with your account. The Support page pulls the first and last name from your payment information.

Simply add a payment method to your account and enter your first and last names there. Then it'll work.

The next "WAKE GAME" Is neither a sequal or DLC. Remedy gave a full statement about this. They havent show the game yet and they said theyre not realesing anymore details untill the games anouncement trailer. Heres the link to the article as well as the

Alan Wake.

Mainly because it is developed by Remedy who created Max Payne 1 & 2.

Alan Wake is like Max Payne in 2 ways:

1) It tells a story of 1 man.

2) The title of the game is that man's name!

Main difference, Max is all about Action while Alan is about Horror.
