    Most people play online with an internet connection either wired or wireless with a router that gets it's internet 'piped in' via Cable, fibre or a form A/DSL.

    Xbox Series X doesn't want to connect to 5GHz connection.

    If it.shares.the same.name you must.goto into the router settings and find.the series x and select.prefer 5g

    Routers will shift devices on the same ssid to.avoid congestion

    So having all your devices on 5g is .never.a good.idea

    Also some devices may have priority over others which the router will move nom priority devices.to.lower bands

    • Step 4 or 5

    • O suporte me instruiu a fazer o reset de segurança do console, aquele em que você zera as configurações e guarda os jogos que já estão instalados. a conexão do console voltou ao normal. Porém, esse problema aconteceu mais duas vezes, ao realizar o mesmo procedimento consegui restabelecer a conexão normal no meu console.
    E essa é a única etapa que você tentou até agora. Algumas perguntas que tenho para você:

    • Quem é o seu provedor 5G?
    • Você já teve esse problema com outros dispositivos (Wi-Fi de telefone, computadores, etc?)
    • Você está conectado por Ethernet ou Wi-Fi ao console?
