j'ai un abonnement live gold sur ma xbox one et mon fils a voulu prendre le game pass ultimate a l'essai et la supprimé pendant la période d'essai car je n'étais pas d'accord pour qu'il conserve cet abonnement.

Le problème c'est que maintenant je ne trouve plus mon live gold je n'arrive plus me connecter aux jeux en ligne.

est ce quelqu'un peut me dire ce que je dois faire pour récupérer mon live gold car lui je ne l'ai pas annulé et je souhaite le conserver.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account / active subscriptions and see what might be causing that issue.
