    Bonjour,

    Je vous contacte car suite a la promotion actuelle sur le xbox live(1 an a 40e au lieu de 60), je souhaite renouveler mon abonnement a l'année.

    Malheureusement, le changement de region que j'ai effectué en fin d'année derniere sur mon compte (de Canada a France) m'empêche tout renouvellement dû au fait que la region ne coïncide pas avec celle de mon précédent abonnement live.

    J'espère donc que vous pourrez solutionner mon problème avant la fin de ladite promotion!

    Je souhaite annuler le renouvellement automatique de mon abonnement xbox live gold depuis 3 jours mais c'est impossible..

    Quand je me connecte sur mon compte, le site me dit " Nous n'avons pas reconnu votre PC"

    Je veux annuler mon abonnement maintenant.

    For an issue like this I suggest contacting Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat. They might be able to do something to get this working. It might be necessary to cancel the current subscription, but that is something best for Xbox
    Support to decide.

    As long as you have a running ultimate subscription, you cannot subscribe to gold or the standard game pass since those are included. If you want to do a gold sub and not renew the ultimate, you will have to wait until the ultimate expires.
