mon abonnement game pass ne veut pas se remettre a jours ….via le solde de mon compte Microsoft //..alors que je me suis lancé en payant via mon compte Microsoft...le premier mois

et me désabonner est une galère monumentale….malgré les phrase assez explicite ...pas moyen d annuler ce game pass

je dois remettre le game pass a jours ...mais comment payer avec mon solde ???????

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to pay subscription. If the subscription is past due, you are unable to cancel the subscription until it is paid. You also are unable to use your Microsoft balance to pay a past due balance.
We recommend to log into
account.microsoft.com and double check your billing information. Also go to the services and subscriptions tab to be sure you don't have an outstanding balance listed in red.
These will prevent you from making other purchases.
