Able to physically speak to someone?

Getting really frustrated with Xbox at the moment.

Sent my brand new gears 5 pad for repair as it was DOA back in december, popped it back in the box as assumed a competent repair or replacement would have taken place.

fast forward to june when a brand new and sealed arctic camo pad is also DOA, so had to return this also.

Problem i'm now facing is i've now had to send my gears pad away again (shock horror, the buttons don't respond, only for the repair to be cancelled and returned within 24 hours with no viable explanation.

Do you think I've been able to speak to anyone? Next joke.

These controllers are retail at £60 and the quality control is frankly shambolic

How on earth can I get through to someone that can help? I've been trying for the last 7 hours.

I agree, it's a bit complicated to actually being able to talk to a support agent.

But these steps should get you in contact with an agent:

Go to
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

If not already done so, sign in with your Microsoft Account in the upper right.

Click on the "Contact us" button.

Select "billing & subscriptions" from the drop down menu. From the second menu, choose "I don't recognize a payment..."

Those two options should give you the option to start a text chat with an agent, or (depending on the time of day and availability) request a callback from an agent, where you can talk to them on the phone.

Before you contact them, have the support number from your failed repair with you, so they can directly see what support issue you are referring to with your broken controller.
