    Im Able to get on YouTube with no hesitation on my xbox one but it wont officially connect me to Xbox live even though im connected to the same wifi and i have gold

    Same here - wont let me connect to XBOX Live. When I first turned it on I logged in, I tried to watch YouTube, downloaded some update and now I cannot connect to XBOX LIve. Where is the Support Service alert? The last one said 4/11/13.

    right i have 3 options as follow:

    option 1: i conect my xbox via HDMI and i have full sound and full colour, but it wont connect me to xbox live. Able to get on YouTube with no hesitation but it wont officially connect me to Xbox live :(



    Option 2: i connect my xbox via scart and i have full sound and xbox live, but i get no image at all Able to get on YouTube with no hesitation but it wont officially connect me to Xbox live :(



    option 3: i connect it through VGR and i get a black and white image with xbox live but no sound Able to get on YouTube with no hesitation but it wont officially connect me to Xbox live :(



    will someone please help me out Able to get on YouTube with no hesitation but it wont officially connect me to Xbox live :(



    My xbox was working perfectly fine untill i connected it to my new HD t.v. :L

    To solve this issue try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

    Cant change xbox one region to Pakistan

    Unfortunatly Pakistan is not a region officially supported by Xbox Live so you wont be able to choose that region

    Just got an xbox but

    You should still be able to connect to Xbox Live with that information. You just wont be able to do any multiplayer or anything like that until you get Xbox Live Gold.

    i am also affected with the code 80151103. none of the methods have worked for me. i can connect to live while in the dashboard and on the internet, but it disconnects me when i get in a game. this is really getting on my nerves. i prolly wont go to playstation
    just for the sole fact they dont have halo, if it wasnt for that i wouldnt hesitate at this point.
