I honestly agree with you. Atm I cant even connect to live on my console and when I finally do it signs me out and I cant sign back in at all until i disconnect my net. My fear now is how do i get out of the program and have this issue not continue or even
be able to update now my console wont connect properly. And when i called the customer service the said the aame thing you got tp come here for a forum that dosent exist .....so much for help

Unfortunately the main process for following this ‘slow performance solution’ is that it makes out the IP is at fault yet they state (and as other devices from android, iphone, windows have shown) it is not likely that the IP will help out with this issue!

The fact that so many people have the exact aame issue proves it to be related to Microsoft / xbox as im pretty sure not everyone with this issue is with the same IP!

if you try going into something like forza horizon 3 or gears of war 4 and trying to preorder see if it takes you to the payment screen or brings up the "parents permission" first? that will confirm if we have aame issue. i hope its just a fault in the new
software update or something else. cant be dealing with this forever and highly doubt microsft will cone back with an answer to be honest.

It could be unrelated to each other as not everyones serttings is the aame

First your account region must match your actual location

What is your connection type dsl or cable

If wireless hotspot those aee incompatible with most gaming services you need actual broadband

Also what is your speedtesst.net result

If you are exiting our of the download dont just focus on the download until it is complete
