A year of Xbox Game Pass and Forza codes

Hello,

On September 13 I purchased 12 months of Game Pass, but never received codes for FH3 and FM7. During Microsoft online chat I was told to post on Xbox Forums and then support member will help me to receive promotional codes. Please help

I went through the games with gold page. clicked on the Xbox Game Pass special offer and selected renew now from the page to sign up for 1 year of game pass for $99 and receive Forza 7 and Forza Horizon 3 for free. I did not receive the codes to
download the Forza games. support told me to post on here.

I bought it on 14-Sep with three friends. They received the codes but not me.

As most of you probably know there is a deal going on currently that if you buy 1 year of Game Pass, you get Forza 7 and Forza Horizon 3 for free. I bought a year of Game Pass on Wednesday, but I still haven't gotten codes for either Forza 7 or Forza Horizon
3. What should I do?

Thank you for posting on here: enforetnly we don't deal with promotions it only Xbox Support because the have your information on there side.

but we can do some trouble shoots:

can you please

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Reset console.

select keep games and apps

if that doesn't work I would recommend you contacting Xbox support again.

The codes for the games would have been sent by Xbox Live messages, and to the account that purchased the subscription. Check your messages, you may have got them and skipped over the messages or accidentally deleted them.

I've checked again my inbox and codes are there! I can't believe. I've looked for them few times during last month with no result :/ That's some kind of magic Anyway, problem solved. Thank you very much :]

If you purchased the subscription back then you should reach out to Xbox Support so they can confirm you bought Game Pass during the offers time frame and send you the codes.
