A while back my other account got locked and nobody’s seemed to help me

This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I know how frustrating that must be. I would feel the same way if I were on your situation.

Since your account was locked out, we cannot really assist you here in the forum because no one has access to your account here. With regard to your account being locked out, it can only be reviewed by the Microsoft's account specialist through the reinstatement form you submitted. I suggest not to keep submitting the form as it will delay your case. Possible that they are reviewing volume of cases which may cause a little delay. You may as well check your spam or junk folder if you received an email from them.

Mine had been locked since the 24th, but other than that, I’m in the same situation. I think my account was used by someone to violate the terms of conduct and got it locked, but nobody will help me unlock it. Doesn’t help that we can’t contact someone over the phone. I was told to visit aka.ms/compliancelock. I filled out that form and nothing has happened.

I get the error message saying "Server Error in '/' Application. Runtime Error" and have been trying to fix this for months with xbox support and nobody can help me. The people from xbox support told me it was my laptop so i tested it on my phone and got
the same problem, After buying an xbox one and testing it the browser its clear its not on my end and I can also log into the forums perfect from all other accounts apart from my main one. I made a thread in xbox support a few days ago and was deleted and
got pmed it was in the wrong section. I messaged back asking what section to post under and ignored. This is getting out of hand now as nobody seems to be able to help me out with this issue. I hope someone can help us out.

Hey thanks for getting back to me, i have been constantly giving feedback while using xcloud and from what I have seen online from other users nobody seems to be having the same problem as me. I haven’t found any other person on the internet who can help me so I appreciate the help from you!

Would it work better if I manually sync my data to xcloud, if so how do I do that on iPhone?

Same here , happened yesterday to my nephew while on my account. Never got any suspensions even all of a sudden BAM. I was on another outside forum and there were hundreds of players saying the same thing. It’s astonishing how bad the customer service is. And if you complain in these forums too much they will lock your thread so nobody will be able to comment. Noticed that a lot of threads I replied on are locked now
