    A way to show your background image better


    I’ve been looking and found a nice image for my dashboard on x box, but the game icons, the recently played ones, games and apps, etc. are blocking it and it would be nice if I could actually see the subject of my background. Is this a feature and if not could we please make this happen?

    "Use Game Art" option missing from background color menu after latest update

    You can choose any image to leave the background, for example if you are playing a game and capture the screen, you can use the image to set the background, for that you just click on the image and you will have the option to set it to the background of the screen, this way of leaving the console always personalized is quite interesting.     Thanks for replying. When I go to "Settings > General > Personalization > My background", and then put in my passcode, the screen is grey. I can view images in capture, but I have not found a way to view the current background. There is a list of 5 options: Solid Colors, Custom Image, Dynamic Backgrounds, Show selected game art, and Restore Default Background. Is there something I am missing?

    It sounds like a glitch, Have you tried what Smwutches suggested and power cycled? Checked to make sure the console doesn't need an update or even tried clearing the MAC address ?
