Just creating another account with the same email address will not make you recover these things. You can try to contact Microsoft support but they will tell you the same thing. I'm really sorry about this.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew a way to move a minecraft java account from one microsoft email to another. I made a minecraft java account with the deal for minecraft bedrock. It is already on a microsoft account and I wondered if there is a way to move it to a different one as I have some important things on that email and would like minecraft separate from these things. If anyone knows, please tell me. Thanks

I did tried email and phone number, but both doesn't work because the account was deleted by another person who hacked the account

If it's the one you used to login to Minecraft, it is definitely connected as a Microsoft account. Please try to recover it even if it's a google email account.
