A variety of problems With My Xbox, and easy solutions for mocrosoft to fix them.

So My brother created my xbox account and email for me, didnt tell me what it was, And didnt write it down, now he forgot. I need my email because despite the account being tied to my phone number, because I DONT KNOW THE EMAIL, and all you tell me is "The email is ********.outlook,(I didnt give the 1st 2 letters because I dont want that out there.) And I have no idea what that is. Again, I wouldnt need to log in if there wasnt a firmware update keeping me from accessing the wifi, That i needed to be ON WIFI to download something THAT IF I DIDNT DOWNLOAD I WOULDNT HAVE WIFI. But I didnt know it was a firmware update so I reset my xbox completely. (the kind you can do offline.) And despite the type of reset I selected where it said I would stay logged in, IT LOGGED ME OUT. so then I have to log in, And I got my dad to get a cable for wired connection, Which I had to use to do anything. Then I try to log in, But I dont have my email, which I point back to problem #1, I dont know my email and all it tells me, (despite knowing its me because its MY phone number the thing the account was paired with.) "due to BS security reasons were only telling you the 1st 2 letters." So I cant log in when I get the recover my email part. Solutions:

Be able to log in with your username and passowrd instead of using your email. or being able to use your phone to log in, Easy and obvious solution.

Temporary solution just for me: I need my email connected to my acc, And My profile is SeanerZ#5672 (I dont remember putting the numbers and # there so I dont know if it matters.) Also I could give the phone number tied to my acc, and the 1st 2 numbers im also not going to put in public, But If I knew who to give them to to prove my identity I will. (as long as there acctualy a member of microsoft.) Edit: I also cant call because I dont have my email to sign in, Otherwise I wouldnt be writing this whole thing anyways.
