A three day suspension

My username is ClulessBreak16 and I had a three day suspension which it wasn’t me who sent the message that got me suspended for three days it was a person that was at my house one of my friends now I would like to know if I can get unsuspended or mention short because I’ve also had problems with somebody doing this before I said three other like COM’s band and can you please tell me who reported me and what the message was

You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums. They may show the message on the site, but they don't always. They won't give you any information regarding who reported you.

There are no three day suspensions. 24 hours (first offense) then 7 days.

Clear your console's MAC, restart your internet devices, and try again.

Follow this path to clean your console's MAC.

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address>clear console will prompt to restart.

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

If you have never been silver and have never gotten a suspension, there may be a hiccup in the system then. About a month ago, my tenure said that I was on Live for only a year, even though it did say three years a few days before. After about a week, it
finally changed back to three years.

I do have an Xbox with both a hard drive and a USB. Over the course of my efforts, I've removed the USB, since I was told it could be creating some kind of issues. That said, I do keep it plugged in normally.

I went ahead and checked them both. There were a few corrupted Avatar Items, all of them apparently having been downloaded on the same date. What they were, I have no idea, but they're gone now. And I had a few "Unknown" games as well. All of them were original
Xbox games, but I know they used to have symbols and whatnot attached to them, and now they didn't, so I've deleted them as well.

That said, the problem has ultimately persisted. If that solved the 80072741, I won't know it until I can successfully log in, since that only ever popped up after I'd logged in.

That aside, I'm still seeing the error 80151909 while trying to log in. Upon looking it up, I see that it means that downloading my profile failed, but I'm not getting that particular message. It's just telling me my console can't connect to Xbox Live, with
the error code attached to it. On the first day, I did attempt deleting and re-downloading my profile, but that was... Nearly catastrophic, since it hadn't been letting me connect in order to do the download again. It was only during a very brief relenting
that my Xbox actually allowed me to download it, but I've since been in the same boat as when I started.
