Disagree, Switch is a mostly offline console that don't need good connection with web. This is not alternative. Xcloud unique service IMHO with great idea (using your console as web server for streaming or using microsoft azure services). I like xcloud
more than switch

Good idea, although I’m not sure this will ever happen as there’s now Project xCloud. This is microsoft’s portable gaming service, so you will be able to play games on a compatible phone or tablet, with your xbox controller.

I personally enjoyed the psp and Nintendo DS days, so would be great to have something similar. It would be great, as you can play whenever and wherever you are. It’s ideal for people, like me, who travel a lot or maybe work abroad.

Project xCloud is planned to be released september this year. Although, I appreciate your opinion/idea nonetheless.

Hello Fabiomolinar, unfortunately the Local Multiplayer is not supported on Xcloud.

However, the ideal in this case would be to use the former Uservoice, that now works on Insider on the Reddit platform to make this recommendation to Microsoft.

It's not a bad idea, offer "rentals" on the store, where you pay, and have access to the game, for three days or so. I'd recommend posting that to the
Xbox Uservoice page. They already have that type of option in place, like with the EA Access being able to play 10 hours of a game prior to purchase/early-access, so that kinda thing could
be implemented without a huge development effort, I would think (comparatively). I like it. Would likely not use it, but I can see that it would be cool.

Maybe that'll be something they can implement with the xCloud and would make more sense when you don't have to download the whole title.
