    I tried to download Minecraft Launcher on Xbox PC but where the install button is there is a sad face.

    I have Windows 11.

    I try resetting, repairing and updating the Xbox and Microsoft store.

    I don't have a game pass.

    How can I fix it?

    Sorry to hear about your issue. Let's try some steps that might help. Kindly press the Win + R key to open the Run dialog.

    Type cmd and click OK to open Command Prompt.

    In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and hit Enter to execute:

    WSReset.exe

    then try installing the game again through MS store or here: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/44...

    external hard drive is working but on Xbox its give me error

    when I download the game to the external hard drive I get error code: 0x80070003.

    yes i set the external drive to NTFS its Does not work on external drive

    If I download Minecraft launcher from the page or Xbox it works (on local disk C :)

    yes i trying to install the game on hard drive.

    I started Xbox Live Game Save and change where the app installs. now every time I download it gives me an error.
