구매하자마자 초기불량 품 걸 서 구매처에 환불 문의했습니다만 구매처에서는 마이크로소프트에서 a/s 받거나 마이크로소프트에서 불량인증을 해줘야 환불해줄수있다합니다. 그래서 마이크로소프트에 문의하니까 a/s는 무조건 리퍼 교환이 초기불량이던 뭐던 그냥 리퍼 품으로만 준다네요? 그래서 불량인증서라도 달라니까 그것도 안된답니다. 그러면서 마소에 문의하니까 그냥 구매자랑 얘기 잘해서 새 품 교환받으세요~ 희는 리퍼밖에안됩니다~ 이딴식의 말밖에 없 실질 인
해결책이 없는데 그럼 초기불량 걸린 사람들은 새 품 사자마자 중 로 교환받 쓰라는얘기입니까? 어이가없네요 진짜;

[Translation-As soon as you purchase, you will be asked for a refund at the place of purchase due to the initial bad product, but you will be able to get a refund if you receive a/s from Microsoft or if you have a bad authentication from Microsoft.
So when I contact Microsoft, a/s is an unconditional ripper exchange, and whatever was the initial bad, it's just a ripper product. So even bad certificates are different, so it's not. Then i contacted Maso and i just talked about buying a new product and
get a new product exchange - we're only a ripper - there's only a real solution, so the people who have been bad lying about the initial bad guys are going to buy a new product and use it for second-hand. It's really outrageous;]

Hello Fellow Gamer,

Thanks for coming to the forums. On standard controllers the warranty is 90 days. Its always best to keep the receipt in these cases as it has proof of purchase. You can set up a repair on

device support. If the controller is only 5 days old, then return to where you purchased the controller.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue connecting the controller. Unfortunately, the controller is most likely not compatible to the receiver. In the

guide for connecting controllers states what it will connect to.

The Xbox Wireless Controller can connect via Bluetooth to many PCs, tablets, laptops, and VR/AR headsets. However, reliability is dependent on the device’s Bluetooth card and experiences may vary.
Bluetooth does not support any attachments, such as headsets, chatpads, or the Xbox Stereo Headset Adapter

What console is the one that you want to get serviced?

Xbox One, One S, One X or Xbox Series X/S?

Your console its out of warranty?

Or in the devices tab it appears within warranty?

You may need to ask to this e-commerce brand if your console region is India or from where they imported the device

Xbox pads are universal on all one/s/x consoles, connect them by pressing the key where you change the batteries together with the Xbox button on the console, or connect the USB wire between the console and pad and see if you also fix it by updating the
pad
