    hi i have recently done requirements for the christmas promotion on xbox live rewards for a rewards story past prsent and future but have not recieved the 15000 credits is there a way i can check to see if they are still pending? thank you

    I can confirm that your purchase for the "Present" chapter was not properly allocated toward that chapter. We will adjust your account, and you should see the Credits pending by the end of next week at the latest. Apologies for the inconvenience.
