    I have preordered almost all of the content for the "A rewards story" punchcard but its not showing up, what do I do

    Punch Card Question for New VIP System

    But this is for the pre order punch card so it must count.

    i have pre ordered AC Origin and Shadow so far and its not showing as pre ordered will i get the rewards if i pre order another title from the list or do i lose out again on this promo

    Punchcard not showing as complete

    I recently completed the preorder promotion for 15000 reward credits, but on my punchcard it is only showing that I've made 2 preorders when I have made all 3. Resident evil, halo wars 2 and For Honor are the titles I've preordered

    Only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for that offer. Furthermore, purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed, so your recent purchase on the fifth has not yet been correctly Rewarded.
