A Rewards Story Punchcard issue

I purchased an Black Ops 3 which is listed as eligible on the Past part of A Rewards Story but my punchcard doesnt show it as punched. I have waited over 96 hrs and a purchase i made that was eligible for the Future part shows but not the Past part. What
should i do to get this fixed.
