    A Rewards Story not updating


    I made the required purchases for the rewards on Saturday Dec 17. Mad Max Fury Road and Jurassic World for chapter 1, Final Fantasy XV for chapter 2, and South Park: The Fractured But Whole for chapter 3. Only chapter 3 and half of chapter 1 are showing
    completed.

    I can confirm that your purchase for the "Present" chapter was not properly allocated toward that chapter. We will adjust your account, and you should see the Credits pending by the end of next week at the latest. Apologies for the inconvenience.
