    "A Rewards Story" not showing all purchases


    So this weekend I noticed the 15,000 rewards credits for completing the 3 Chapters associated with the program. So I went ahead and made all the purchases to complete all Chapters. But now on the website it is only showing Chapter 3 complete and 1 "lantern"
    in Chapter 1.

    All my purchases were placed on December 19th and December 23rd.

    Chapter 1: Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice, The Maze Runner, and Marvel's The Avengers: Age of Ultron

    Chapter 2: Final Fantasy XV, Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials

    Chapter 3: Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, Dr. Strange

    Did I miss something? I have records of all these purchases and they all exceed the $30 minimum for each Chapter. Please let me know as soon as possible so I can make the additional purchases if need be, but I should definitely have all 3 Chapters completed.

    A Rewards Story: Eligible Purchases Aren't Counting Towards Completion

    Hello!

    I made quite a few purchases from the Xbox Marketplace that are on the eligible content list for the "A Rewards Story" reward. However, 3 of my purchases are not showing up on My Missions page, making it so that my reward is incomplete. Is there anyway to
    remedy this? I appreciate any time and help on this matter, thanks!

    Gamerscore is not used for reward points. Reward points are earned through completing promotions on the reward website. With the exception of survey's, nearly all promotions involve purchasing qualifying games/tv shows/movie shows to earn rewards.

    Mortal Kombat XL is not a part of the Rewards Story offer. Your purchase of Titanfall 2 was not correctly applied to chapter two of that offer, and we will adjust that purchase for you. You should see the change shortly. Your purchase of Battlefield 1 was
    not within the offer period and therefore did not qualify for this offer. For A Rewards Story, you must complete each portion of the offer in order to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits. Since you have not completed each chapter, you are not yet
    eligible for Rewards. There were no specific offers for Suicide Squad. It is a part of chapter two for A Rewards Story, but your purchase of Titanfall 2 will complete that chapter.

    For the franchise of all the games it pretty good, it wraps up a lot of tje story and makes it fun to do. I got addicted and beat the whole story in a day. Although i refrain from doing online multiplayer because of the sheer amount of toxic players. Playing
    klassic towers is pretty fun and rewarding. Although towers of times is insanely difficult right now you also get some pretty good rewards. And the krypt can be super scary, super fun and shows off some cool easter eggs and puzzles to complete for yet again
    awesome rewards. So overall not a bad game

    Pre order 3 games reward not activating

    Hello AndrewJWheeler,

    Only pre-order purchases during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since your purchase of Halo Wars 2 was not made within the current Games on Demand offer period, it was not eligible for that offer. That purchase in December went towards the Rewards
    Story offer, but you only completed one chapter with that purchase. That offer required the completion of three chapters to be Rewarded.
