A rewards story missing chapter 2 after purchase

I have purchased all the rewards story past present future but i only have chapter 1 and 3 in the rewards story completed on my missions and i purchased forza 6 for past final fantasy xv for present and ghost recon wildlands for future Please verify this

Missing Rewards for A Rewards Story – Chapter 2: The Best of Xbox Present. I see Chapter 1 and 3 Added but not Chapter 2. I know I completed.

We see that you were appropriately Rewarded. Your only purchase for the "Present" chapter was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Since completion of that chapter required $30 in eligible spending, that purchase was not enough to complete that chapter.

Mortal Kombat XL is not a part of the Rewards Story offer. Your purchase of Titanfall 2 was not correctly applied to chapter two of that offer, and we will adjust that purchase for you. You should see the change shortly. Your purchase of Battlefield 1 was
not within the offer period and therefore did not qualify for this offer. For A Rewards Story, you must complete each portion of the offer in order to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits. Since you have not completed each chapter, you are not yet
eligible for Rewards. There were no specific offers for Suicide Squad. It is a part of chapter two for A Rewards Story, but your purchase of Titanfall 2 will complete that chapter.

Only pre-order purchases during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since your purchase of Halo Wars 2 was not made within the current Games on Demand offer period, it was not eligible for that offer. That purchase in December went towards the Rewards
Story offer, but you only completed one chapter with that purchase. That offer required the completion of three chapters to be Rewarded.

Yes, Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration is eligible for A Rewards Story, but it would go toward Chapter One: Past, not Chapter Two: Present.
