    A Reward Story...


    Hi - I took part in "A Reward Story", making purchases for Past, Present & Future, but despite the Present and Past purchases having been made on the same day, only the Past is registering against my Xbox Rewards account, so I haven't had the 15,000 points...
    Is it possible to have this checked please? Thanks A Reward Story... :)

    Okay, so I am one lantern away from this being completed. I just purchased one of the games over the minimum needed. Will I still get the rewards even after it ends?

    I can confirm that your purchase for the "Present" chapter was not properly allocated toward that chapter. We will adjust your account, and you should see the Credits pending by the end of next week at the latest. Apologies for the inconvenience.
