    At this time, Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) is not available on PC Game Pass. If you would like to see ESO added to PC Game Pass, the best way to request it is to give feedback to Xbox Game Pass support through this link; https://support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-bil... then click on the question "Can I request games" then click on the link provided. They may consider your request in future updates to the Game Pass library. However, there is no guarantee that they will add the game to the Game Pass library.

    You can make a request for "The Witness" to be added to the Xbox Game Pass library by going to this link: https://support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-bil.... Click on the option "Can I request games?" then follow the provided link to Feedback.xbox.com to submit your request.

    Please note that while you can make a request, the final decision to add a game to the Game Pass library is made by Microsoft and the game developers.

    The game catalog on GamePass is constantly changing. Although many games are permanently, many others are added by agreements with developer studios.

    Currently there is no option for you to apply for a particular game, however I assure you that within the great catalog you will find many games you like.

    The Tiger Woods games were published by E.A. so it would be down to them to add them to E.A. Play but i don't think they have the licence for those games anymore.

    That & the backwards compatibility program has finished now so no more old games will be added so you're out of luck i'm afraid.
