A random overlay just suddenly pops when I'm playing a game on Steam

so it still dose it just random crash the steam games play fine but game pass games random crash

I think it will depends on which games will go to steam. Isn't there something that steam allows it's overlay onto other games?

Not much you can do, they will have unlocked, its just that the "toast" hasn't popped (that's what Microsoft call the little popup that notifies you of things)

Just keep on playing the games, sooner or later they will pop, its just random. I once had an achievement pop when I wasn't even playing the particular game, it was a month or so later when I was watching Netflix.

Could be an incompatibility with the steam overlay functionality

[/quote] I just look at my Steam app and view it there. I run all games through steam even if I didnt buy it on steam. So that my friends can see me online



P.S. you can even run orgin games through steam and use the steam overlay.
