A random ban for NO REASON

A random no reason ban happened to me.

NO email was sent

NO notification what so ever

And before someone ask “ did you check the enforcement page”

Yes and reputation is green and says congratulations you have a perfect record.

Yes I’ve contacted Xbox support and guess what they don’t give any information about how long or why I received one. Keep in mind phone support are useless and under trained ( my experience with them so far).

Get better experience workers on the Microsoft chat ( not the virtual agent).

Can’t log into Xbox app, or Xbox.com but I can log into the enforcement page and account.Microsoft.com

Been almost a week since I’ve been hit with a ban for no reason. And I’m not just saying no reason to make myself look innocent trust me because I play competitive in destiny ( trials ) and in halo and I definitely be bagggin and shooting bodies/emoting but I never send messages with curses words or threats ( I’m the one that usually gets them). I’ve done nothing to violate the terms for this ban to happen. The only thing I have different on my account is my profile picture which is not anything that goes against terms( photo of my cats face). My account first started acting weird when my friends list photos were not loading in on the friends list. Then it log me out a couple days later and when I log back in it said my account was suspended ( not permanent ban) on the Xbox console. I have 2 consoles Xbox series x ( one is mine and other is my girlfriends) and I log into both and both said I was banned and log into my girlfriends account to see if the console I bought from eBay were modded or stolen and she log in fine with no issues. All that being said why is enforcement so poorly put together? They have bots that can automatically ban someone with no problem ( let’s be real not a lot of real humans even look or hardly work on enforcement) but when a ban happens to some gamer that had never broke the rules we are powerless. When you ask people that work and are “trained “ to help customers with technical issues, it feels they don’t really know much of what’s happening and some reason always avoid the question you ask or throw the “ we can’t help or I’ll look into it and leave you hanging for almost a hour and hang up on you”.

1. Why is Microsoft/Xbox quite about this?

2. Everything bought digitally is lost forever and unplayable on Xbox one( xbox 360 still works if you have your content license transfer on the Xbox 360 console but you can not redownload Xbox profile)

3. All the progress/achievements lost forever.

4. What’s causing random bans???

5. Why can’t anyone look into your account or have like a high lever clearance to see what you yourself can not see to fix the issue.

6. Why isn’t there a customer support/staff for the enforcement page when issues like this happens?

7. Does anyone know that sit at the big boy table/is in the circle to why this stuff is happening and when it’s going to be fix and if it is fix are people that got hit with this random ban be able to get their account back ?

8. The people that did get hit are you going to be re buying everything all over again and starting over on the progress you have lost?
