Is your NAT settings set to Open?

My last question for now is does Minecraft work as well such as playing online with your friend just you and your friend not on a server?

I can't wait for it. My PC sucks for even playing Minecraft, and I'm not technical minded so have no clue how to set up a server to play with friends. At least on Xbox I can be confident the game will work and I can make a private game and invite friends
without fear of griefers etc.

they need to enter the server details on the xbox minecraft and they will need your external facing IP address to do this. remember only give people that you know or you will get a headache later for it.
