a question about the 15,000 points preorder reward

I preordered Final Fantasy XV on September 10th, back when there was a promotion going where you got 15,000 points for preordering a game from the Microsoft Store.

Shortly before the game was shipped (a few days before it actually shipped) I tried to cancel the order completely. It was pending but seemed like it was going to cancel just fine.

I got an email a few days after I tried to cancel it (November 27th) saying that the game had shipped. Then another email that said that the order could not be cancelled, with info on how to initiate a return. I decided to keep the game.

There were preorder bonuses that should have been emailed to me, a code with a paintjob for the car and 15,000 microsoft points. I should have gotten both 7-10 days after delivery according to the email. Since the cancellation failed it shouldn't have messed
these bonuses up, but I'm worried that it did as I haven't received any of this stuff yet. Why haven't I got them already?

Query of when I'll recieve preordered rewards points

Preordered dead rising 4 through the Xbox live preorder rewards program, was told by support I would recieve 15,000 rewards points in 7 days, it's now longer than 7 days, when will I recieve rewards point for my preorder?

 

Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate edition rewards points

I preordered Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate edition. I have questions about the rewards points I should be getting (15,000 Xbox rewards points.) when and where will the points show up? I preordered on Xbox.com.

 

The 15,000 credits should show as pending about 15 business days after the game shipped. So it's too early to see those. You would have to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com about the other bonuses.

 

Tomorrow will be the 15th day. I'll update again here or start a new thread the following day if nothing has changed. Thanks for the information.

We have determined that purchase information from the MicrosoftStore.com for Final Fantasy has not yet been sent to us, and are investigating why this occurred. However, we will not be able to offer a fully informed response on your other pre-order bonuses
as they were not offered by our program. You would have to reach out to MicrosoftStore.com support for more information regarding those bonuses.
