Hi

I had a issue earlier when I renew gold subscription, it was not registered that on Xbox Live Reward, you fixed that for me. But i'm still unsure if my % back on MyVIP star-rank is still correct, the 3% silver column is marked with green, but when i'm gold,
shouldn't 6% gold be marked with green instead, as all other things are marked with green?.

A question about my gamerpic.

My brother recently got a ban for making his picture something really inappropriate. I want to make my picture a logo of a band I like called "Death" but I was hesitant, I was wondering if I would get banned for that.

Also (off topic) can I submit video proof of someone harassing me on Xbox to Microsoft? Some guy has been harassing me and the rest of my clan for a few days for **** him and I was going to make a video as proof of everything he did and I want to know if
I can send it to Microsoft.

As long as the picture doesn't violate the code of conduct, it should be fine.

You would need to report the other player via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. They do not take any other evidence, they will have everything they need to investigate it.

The Green color is not an indicator of what your current payback is. It is just a default color based off the Xbox color scheme for what the payback would be for free members. I see that we are still recognizing your Gold status and have been awarding your
payback at a Gold level.

New profile + new console = Can't get your old games.

Same profile + new console = Old games are still there for you.

Game "backups" are a legal grey area. Closest thing to the 360, is installing games. I'm not sure if the Xbox One supports installing games, but, backwards compatible 360 titles, are downloaded to your console, and need the disc to just boot up the title.

The games themselves or the game saves? In order to keep the game saves you would need to save them to the cloud. Any games you have purchased digitally will remain tied to your account. You would have to continue using the same account on the One in order
to access those games and saves.
