    They won't answer here. The people responding here are only other gamers like yourself.

    You will have to CALL Support for your region to obtain assistance for any account issues. Missing licensing is an account issue that can only be resolved over the phone. If the wait times are long, just use the call back feature to have support call you.

    If they don't answer the questions on here then why is it an option in the contact us for support??

    Can't call that's why I'm writing on here..

    And I Believe I've had them help me out here before....

    Forums are listed as part of support since there are also lots of solution here which are not readily available from the Phone or Chat support.

    You may want to check on your licenses here to verify you have the digital licenses for the game. Here's the link.

    account.xbox.com/.../MyGames

    Just select the "View All" button for the Xbox 360 games.

    Hi,

    You will need to make sure that the games in question are on the backwards compatibility list of games. Unfortunately not all games are backwards compatible.
