A purschase hasnt come in from Microsoft store?

Please check your account history order > https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders ( display all contents and all dates ), if you dont see the game AND if it
has been charged on your bank account, call Xbox helpdesk > https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

If the game appears, just resync your account on the console ( delete it from the console and add it back ). Restart console and your game should appears inside your ready to install folder.

Hello! If it was through the console, try to clear the console cache and log in again, look at the store the status of the service, if it was through the pc, take a look at your library, the product which status it is in, any further doubts or procedure
