    issue is I can't get my data to sync lol it was fine yesterday wanted to play cause I got off work just a half hour ago. But even when turning off Xbox and quiting,and restarting halo it doesn't matter

    Sorry to hear about the Profile Sync error you're seeing. What troubleshooting steps have you tried to fix this already? Have you already tried to uninstall and reinstall the game? Do you play the game while connected to Xbox Live all the time? Or have you

    I've had the same error message pop up twice now stating "profile sync error" when I start up Halo 5. Does anyone have a fix for this? It's only an issue with halo 5 and 343 industries don't have any contact Information whatsoever.

    Try these step should work!

    1)I would try restarting Xbox one

    2)Deleting saved data from halo 5 not the game just the saved data

    3)Deleting your account off Xbox then recovering it again sign in load up halo 5

    4)I know this one must suck cuz it happen to me but delete halo 5 then reinstall it again should work

    Hi there,

    Is any sort of error generating in regards to this? And activity feed shouldn't just be wiped out so I am wondering if it a syncing issue with your profile. Have you tried deleting and downloading your profile again?
