I wanted to buy 1 month subscription for 30 rubles, 99 rubles were withdrawn from the account, but the payment has not been processed until now. What to do? I did not find a response in the technical support forum.

Try removing your profile and then reload it. If that doesn't help try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back
of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

They payment usually takes around 48h to the system show it up

It might be you didnt select the cost and change it to the promotion. It automatically defaults to the original price. I did it in Novemebrr not knowing. You can request subscription refund https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/xbox-subscriptions/digital-goods-subscriptions-refund

Just make sure you let them know you were charged more then the promotion stated. You can also talk directly with xbox support. Support.xbox.com or 1-800-469-9269
