    Hi,

Sorry you're having issues downloading your profile.

Here is the support page for error
    8015000A
. This issue is associated with Xbox 360 consoles. If you're problem is relating to Xbox One, just say and we can look at that.

Have you tried logging in and viewing your profile at account.xbox.com in an incognito window to test the profile?

Recommended troubleshooting steps for Xbox 360:

    1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
    2. Select Storage.
    3. Highlight but don’t select a storage device, and then press the Y button on your controller for Device Options.
Note It doesn't matter which storage device you choose. This clears the cache for all storage devices.
    4. On the Device Options screen, select Clear System Cache.
    5. When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

When you’ve successfully cleared the system cache, you’ll return to the Storage Devices screen. You can then press the Guide button on the controller and return to Xbox Home.
It’s not just on the 360 consoles but the emulator from the Xbox One also. It’s only affecting certain accounts because my main one will not connect on any of my three, but my other two will and I’ve searched online and tried every step through I could find.

    Hi,

As there are a small number of people reporting issues with this at the moment, I'd recommend keeping an eye on the following pages:

    Xbox Live Status page

    Xbox Support Twitter page

In the meantime, test the following:

    1. Test logging in to your profile at account.xbox.com in an incognito window on an alternate device.

    2. Unplug your Xbox console and leave it unplugged for 2 minutes before testing it again.

    3. If you are on Xbox One, reset the console and if you are on Xbox 360, clear the cache:

    Resetting Xbox One

    1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
    3. Select Reset console.
    4. On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options, select the following:
      • Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file
is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps.

After you select one of the options, your Xbox One console will begin the process of erasing the selected content and resetting itself to the default settings.

    Clearing Cache on Xbox 360

    Hope this helps!
