    Hi everyone, i have an issue with my xbox store, i cant buy any retrocompatible game with my credit card, is there a way to buy by other means? ive bought xbox one games with my credict card so i dont see whats the problem...

    why I can not buy original xbox games (ex: Conker: Live and Reloaded ) with micrsoft points

    why I can not buy original xbox games (ex: Conker: Live and Reloaded ) with micrsoft points.

    The only option to buy this game is with credit card, why i can not buy it with points as in other games. This problem is with all the old retrocompatible games. Help

    Let's start by clearing your locale Xbox 360 storage. To do this, navigate to 'All settings' through the Xbox One guide, scroll down to 'System' settings and select 'Storage'. From here, select 'Clear local Xbox 360 storage' and give it another shot!
