    I don't know why I waste my time with this anymore. I have over 40k points that I can't use. I spent two hours in chat with an XBox support agent who promised she was escalating the issue to engineering that could fix the problem, and that I'd hear back
    in a few days. I went through the weekend and now it's a week later, no reply. Not even an email that says, "Sorry, you're screwed."

    Now today you rub salt in the wound by sending me an account statement that shows my earnings and then plasters the "there is a problem with your account" notice on it.

    Yeah, I know there is. And it's not MY problem. It's been there for well over a year.

    We keep getting the same response too, "It's not something the rewards team can fix. Please be patient."

    No company needs this long to fix the issue. You could have manually deposited our credits into our accounts and taken less time than this. Nothing is this hard to code. It's quite simple, you take the broken account, you deposit the credits, then you rebuild
    that account so that the error is gone. BAM! Done.

    I, as well as many others, don't believe Xbox has a clue what it is doing anymore. Yeah, it's just bonus rewards for being loyal to XBox, and maybe it sounds entitled to complain about it. But it's called being loyal to the customer. You give us something,
    make promises, then you stand by those promises. That is what XBox is not doing. At this point, you're just waiting for us to give up and go away.

    Pardon me for sounding hostile, but no professional company in the software business needs this kind of time to fix account mistakes/errors. None. So please try giving us another excuse for a while...the saddle is too worn out on this one.

    Got a problem with my account

    I have recently noticed that MyVIP ranking aint leveling up .

    according to the MYVIP ranking info on the site i get a star if i spent more then 300$ but i spent 1497$ and got nothing and even more for my first purchase i should have gotten 1250 credits according to another support post on your site.

    I tried to contact support but they could not help me so i am trying here

    Hello K4if0r3ver,

    You are registered as an Irish Rewards member. Therefore, only your purchases made in Euro are eligible for Rewards.

    If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region, you must opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
    , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours. You will know if you re-registered correctly if your join by date shows a recent date. This will close your old Irish account, and create a new Rewards Account based off your current
    Microsoft Account region.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. Again, to confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join
    date from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a recent specific date and not a date of "???",
    then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    Hi Staalker. The current issue still does not have a resolution, and we are still receiving the deposit error when we attempt a deposit. Unfortunately, the Rewards program customer service team cannot manually deposit your Credits into your Microsoft account.
    We will need to reach out Microsoft Support to do that. We are escalating your case for a manual deposit.

    Microsoft just don't care.........I have a family gold membership and the amount of hours I've spent trying to get my son signed in is ridiculous!! I can sign in to my own account to give permission for my son then it comes up that my account is not verified
    although I have verified the account on numerous occasions..................COME ON MICROSOFT DO SOMETHING>>>>>DONT JUST TAKE THE MONEY!!!!
