A problem with communication/unlawful (without reason, or origin) "violation"

I have a wee bit of a serious issue of an unlawful "violation" upon my account. Granted, my first violation I admit completely, but my second, I without a doubt WILL NOT accept accountability. The first violation was using the term
"fk" (its self explanatory) upon expressing my opinions about Halo 5, to another player. My second "violation" apperantly was in my activity feed. I never post ANYTHING on my activity feed. Maybe theres a setting I need I need to change to fix that, but a
point is I've checked ALL my captures from 200+ days ago, to now on 12/28/17, 9:14 PM (West Coast), and NONE of my captures are violating anything. The only thing that I understand is the "achievements" I get when I play Warframe. My thinking in this situation
is a person wrote a complaint because he "was angry" or tried to get back at me for my opinions about Warframe, Halo or others. But an extreme extent is because the games I enjoy I criticize them to make a saying to success, is the game devs desire to, in
this case, block me, or "punnish" me for thriving to ultimate success. But I rather not believe that to be the case. It is also understandable that this "violation" is used as, "guilty until proven innocent," and it'll all be brushed under the carpet, and
we all forget it happened. So one thing I highly recommended you (Microsoft) to implement, is to ask questions to the person (who was filed for a violation) on who, when, where, why and how, respectively upon the post and reason to the filed violation. Again,
if it is in my activity feed, I guarintee, it's not me purposely posting it there. I simply find this second "violation" unlawful, and unnecessary, for I have Legitimately, no idea what capture of mine violates these Codes, nor unintended posts in my activity
feed. Microsoft, I adore your services, I really do... but there are some, minor, issues. This case, unfortunately, being one of those. I promise this, I'm no person who goes out of their way to offend others purposely, I game to have fun, nothing less.

You can appeal your suspension, if it's for over 24 hours, in the last 12 months, by visiting this page: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

If your appeal is unsuccessful, we advise you to learn from your mistakes and ride out your suspension time.

If you would like to change the language you use for Xbox.com, you can try setting your region via the option on the very bottom left of the screen, and then navigating to the Enforcement page from there. If it still appears in English, there any not be
anything we can do. An alternative, may be, to put the case review link into Bing/Google Translate and see if it works that way.

You can also start the appeal message by stating that you would like someone who can understand French, to look at your case, although we cannot guarantee that can happen.

You can ask for a case review in their official website, here: https://enforcement.xbox.com

 

The only people that can help you with an enforcement action is the enforcement team at their website enforcement.xbox.com they do not monitor these forums.

If you feel that your suspension was unjust then you can go to that website and file for a case review and the enforcement team will again investigate any report that was made and if it was unjust then they will lift the suspension sooner.

That is the only way that your suspension will be lifted sooner.

 

Thankyou for the info. But after reading it, I went down to file, and I followed the directions close as possible. But I got stuck on the part where I need to select a violation for review... literally, the second step says to select a violation for review,
but I'm not given that option...
