Discus and support a problem with changing an option in privacy & online safety in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I want to change ( you can create and join clubs , Broadcast gameplay ) options to ( allow ) but when I press submit nothing change...     How can I change my Content Settings on the Xbox 360?

    Hey there, I believe if you follow the steps at this link you can change your privacy and online safety options through the PC and content should be one of the options:

    The link takes me to the page 'Privacy and online safety'.

    There are three options:

    1/ privacy

    2/ xbox one online safety

    3/ xbox 360 online safety

    The option to not allow purchases only appears under xbox one online safety option.

    If you are able to connect to online multiplayer but not join clubs you may be on a child xbox account or you changed this option before manually.

    If your xbox account is a child account that can't be changed in any way - even changing the birth date. If that is so, you will need an adult to create an account, invite you to a family group and change some privacy settings for you.

    On your adult account go here Sign in to your Microsoft account and click on the child's account and allow the option on the first page called "Share stuff people make (Xbox 360: Member Content)" to everyone
    (must be everyone). Also, on the first page, "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites" to Friends or Everybody. And on the xbox one/windows 10 tab the second option down, "Join multiplayer games", enable that. Also enable join and create clubs.
    And then log out and in on the account in question on the console/device and that account can play online.

    If your microsoft account is an adult account you may be able to access that page but any changes will not take effect for real if your xbox account is a child account.

    If both are a child/teen account that page will take you to a page about adding a child account to a family.

    If you are on an adult account and can play online and change the option to disable online gameplay and then sign out and in and it says you can't play online (change it back after that and sign out and in again), please contact xbox support in a live chat
