    wplw this is the gamer tag of someone who has set up nearly 5000 bot accounts that has been going around banning and very likely hacking other accounts. If anyone who reads this is able to do anything about this person please ensure that this person is permanently removed from the system.

    If you want proof go to his profile you will see he has nearly 5000 followers but no friends and a gamer score of around 16000 but yet it shows he has never played any games.

    Please do something about this.

    Xbox live disconnects every 10-20 min

    Put the xbox on my routers DMZ. Seems to have taken care of the problem. Will need to do some work to make sure everything is secure.

    If action will be taken then why do we not receive an immediate response from Xbox saying the problem has been taken care of?

    Why is it that a player is being racist towards me, and when I report them, nothing happens and the message is allowed to stand?

    Racism is not allowed either. Profanity is usually run through a filter so it may be taken care of quicker, but as long as you reported them, it will still be taken care of. Some things just need to be investigated differently.
