    ok i think this is the biggest fail ever but i thought of a downgrade and YES it helped i downgraded the software from 1.4 to 1.2 (the standard software) and that helped so a upgrade made problems 0.o

    Migrated to Singtel 200 Mbps fibre network...and now I can't connect to Xbox live...

    just call singtel about it, they need to do a software upgrade on their side. I had the same exact problem too, but after the call, it worked.
