    I had recently purchased the preorder of call of duty cold war, tonight i had just received a payment at 12:06 am, for $89.99 the same price for cold war when i first preordered it and now i just have a chunk of money out of my account and i was wonder
    has anyone else had this issue? if so how did you get it resolved? and or how did you get a refund for it.

    You have to settle your previous payments through a valid method of payment before doing changes in your membership or method of payment.

    so you need to add a valid payment option for the US



    if you do not actually live in the US you will have issues downloading this content as it is one of the region locked content

    since you are refering to making previous purchases i assume you are refering to a payment option that you used from the previous region

    you will have to update your payment options if that is so
