[EN] I've trying to get "Crackdown 2" from Xbox Store, but when I try it on my own Xbox, it says: "it's necessary to complete this action on your Xbox". Now, I can't play one of my favorite games when one of it is free

There are some other cases that the only problem is that the account is a child's one, or on your Privacy Setting it is blocked the option to buy these content.

If possible, try to purchase the game or app you want from the store using your computer or mobile. Try both on the store website and the store desktop app.

Same issue here, I have tried every possible troubleshooting method but still keep getting that error. However, I have no issue installing other games from Microsoft Store / Xbox App

Thanks for sharing those details. It is possible that you need to purchase the game using the Xbox 360 console's store section instead. What is the error message you are getting when you try to download the game on the Xbox 360 console?

Dear Kimmy_24 first of all, thank you for your response. Unfortunately, i am not getting an error code as xbox thinks that everything is normal. I will try to delete the microsoft store apps as you suggested and will update you on the situation as soon as possible.
